Evde olmadığınızı bilmiyordum. I didnt know that you are not at home.

Nerede olduğumu biliyor musun? Do you know where I am?

Yes, they mean the same thing. In fact, gelmeniz sounds even better gramatically. They are both equally used in daily speech though.
