Is ´helal ol´ a shortened form of ´helal olsun´ without the -sun imperative suffix?

─░t means "like your own ware" in English

For instance : I am eating my food and

you ate my food than you didn´t say me, so this is "haram"

─░f you ate my food after you say me, so this is "helal"
