i am lookıng for someone to practice my turkish (ie mainly speaking) ... in return i would be willing to practice english with them..

 

do you know where (for example ... which site) i can advertise this????

I would suggest getting a tumblr and finding Turkish blogs through there. Ive found many Turkish speakers on there are happy to have conversations.
