It depends on predicate. There is no special rule for suffixes as far as i know.

For example;

Kullanmay覺 seviyor.

Kullanmaya korkuyor.

Kullanmay覺 istiyor.

Kullanmaya al覺t覺.

Kullanmay覺 baard覺.

Kullanmaya karar verdi.

There is no relationship between different verbs.

Quoting pekka

I have a question for verbs like korkmak it is nsz how to choose the verb before it if it is take "a" or "i" or "tan"

There are some verbs whose objects are marked with the ablative case marker (dan/den/tan/ten)

korkmak (to fear), holanmak (to enjoy), nefret etmek (to hate)

Araba kullanmaktan korkuyorum. I´m afraid of driving (a car)

*I notice that nativespeaker corrected this to kullanmaya in your example, but harpoon used the example below

I´m extremely scared of driving with children in the back on the car when I don´t know the area.

Bilmediim bir yerde arka koltukta çocuklar varken araba kullanmaktan çok korkuyorum.

Unfortunately I´m not sure why there are different versions used with korkmak, it may have to do with the sentence structure (My partner has a license but ...) as opposed to the verbal sentence

Aye dans etmekten holan覺r. Aye enjoys dancing.

Sigara içmekten nefret edersin. You hate smoking.

Good dictionaries will give examples of which case markers should be used with Turkish verbs, but some verbs can take several different markers.

If your verb is "korkmak" whose object can take  -a, -e or -tan, -ten, -dan, -den suffixes.

Doktora gitmeye korkuyorum. (True)

Doktora gitmekten korkuyorum. (True)

Both are have same meaning.

But if your verb is "holanmak" or "nefret etmek" whose object can take only -tan, -ten, -dan, -den suffixes.

Doktora gitmekten holan覺yorum. (True)

Doktora gitmeye holan覺yorum. (False)

Doktora gitmekten nefret ediyorum. (True)

Doktora gitmeye nefret ediyorum. (False)
