But what about the usage, like do they always be together or the suffix -ce can come alone with the same meaning?

always together:

-cesine, -casına  => sanki ... gibi

olmuşcasına => sanki olmuş gibi

söylercesine  => sanki söyler gibi

when used alone -ce,-ca has a different function and only added to the nouns.
