Ordinal numbers in Turkish

Hi!

 

Let me introduce myself, I am Renáta Varga from Hungary, and I would like you to check out, if the ordinal numbers in Turkish are correct. Would you do this for me? Thanks in advance.

 

So, the numbers are the following:

altıncı, sekizinci, dokuzinci.

Bir-inci ---> Birinci

 

İki- inci ---> İkinci

one -i  drops 

 

Üç -üncü ---> Üçüncü

 

Dört -üncü  ---> Dördüncü

t changes into d 

 

Beş -inci ---> Beşinci

 

Altı - ıncı ---> Altıncı

one -ı drops

 

Yedi - inci ---> Yedinci

one -i  drops

 

Sekiz -inci ---> Sekizinci

 

Dokuz - uncu ---> Dokuzuncu

 

On -uncu ----> Onuncu

 

Yüz - üncü ---> Yüzüncü  100th

 

Bin -inci --->  Bininci  1000th

With vowel harmony, ´u´ stays with ´u´.

 

One thing I used to get wrong, is sometimes you shouldn´t use Birinci:

This is my first time.

Bu benim ilk seferim.
