Görsem or the suffix -sen is used for conditionals in past tense and present/future and can mean "if I see/had seen". It actually has an added meaning of, uh, "everness" (I´ve made that word up lol), like saying "if I ever see it". I think it kind of focuses more on the anticipated realization of the event in question, it´s like the there was a hidden "I wish" somewhere. Ex:

Görsem hatırlardım - If I had ever seen it, I would have remembered.

Dinlesen anlarsın - If you listen (for once, I wish), you will understand.

Whereas görürsem or the -irsen suffix is only used for conditionals in present and future tenses. It is the generic conditional suffix. It focuses more on the event itself rather than the anticipation, however this focus is very subtle. Ex:

Onu görürsem mutlu olurum. - I´ll be happy if I see him/her/it.
