I don't get it:

Why do I keep seeing weird texts in Turkish with "Y" with accents, a really odd "D" with a line across it, "A" and "I" with cirumflexes and such? This really has me confused...

I thought there only were the "C" and "S" wih cedille (,), the G with the little hat/thingy, and the Ö and Ü, plus the "I" with no dot on it?

Explanation please x_x.

this is becof of your encoding... if you choose encoding with turkis iso... on view-->encoding part.. you might not have problem again... its with your windows configuration...
