1. İşler nasıl? Yoğun musun?

2. Tüm pastaları kendin mi yapıyorsun?

In this case is Tüm pasta worng? is hazırlıyorsun wrong?

Hazırlıyorsun is very good, but you can not say Tüm pasta.
