How does someone get arrested just for disagreeing?

On the "New in Forums" I see this:

Turkey Issues Detention Warrant

: ...

But I don´t see the response. Does anyone know why? Perhaps an issue with this website.

I´m not sure if you really want to start this discussion. In Turkey you can get sent to prison for a tweet, and anyone can be called a ´terrorist´, as the meaning of this word is stretched to the kosmos, no matter age or gender or whatever. There is no rule of law in Turkey. On the international scale it´s right there on the bottom between Myanmar and Bangladesh.
