Someone sent me the following message

Could someone tell me what this means.

If you do not mind, I would like to ask you something.

Why did that someone send you such a message that is very hard for a non-Turkish to understand, or why did that someone not bother to have it translated into your language and then send it to you?

Good question.

I think she thought I would be able to understand, as I am in the process of learning Turkish, and she has the habit of quoting song lyrics to get a point across.

Her ability to get this point across in another language is quite limited.

So, if I would ask her to translate it, I don´t think it would come out right.

I don´t know if "az bi seveyim dedim" part of it ever could be translated into English with exactly the same meaning (sense?) as in Turkish. Let´s say it somehow could.. Then, I admit, with my broken English, it´s kind of beyond of my skill level..

But I can say what another way of saying it could be.." My love for you is growing more and more each day"

"az bi "

az means little but "bi", for a moment I thought she meant "mi", so "bi" means? I checked online dictinary and it says "bi" means: informal usage of bir (one - the number 1)

So the first sentence might mean: "I thought I would bestow upon the little one my love."

Something to that effect, no literal though. Am I right?

What´s happened has happened! Haven fallen in love with you, I´ve slipped you into my heart.

Well, my try would be this:

I said to myself (at the start) I should give but just a little of my love (to you).

I hesitated to translate it at first because I thought, still thinking, there is something weird with it, at least in Turkish, as if love starts asking for her permission or as if she can ever control her feelings with limiting them or not. The following sentences prove that she cannot.    

I have slipped you into my heart..

Good but incomplete.. there is, in Turkish version, this word "fazla" which is missing in your translation. You have to find a room for it and underline the required contrast between "az bi" and "fazla". If you drop it the text will lose all its soul. There is an unseen bridge one leg on "az bi" and the other on "fazla" and this explains why "az bi" used in the first sentence even if it seems a bit weird.

Finally:

There is a line of love starting from "a little bit of it" and, rising, dy by day, ending up, perhaps still keep rising, "too much of it"

That´s why, in my first post, I said it could mean "my love for you is growing more and more each day"

I am not a good interpreter, I know my bounds, especially when they are feelings, and appreciate your precious effort really.
