I would like to say:
He bought a house in Ankara

Which one is correct (or if both are basically ok, which one is better):
O Ankarada ev aldi
O Ankarada bir ev aldi

Both sound OK but first one is preferred. The second one stresses the number of houses he buys. So that "bir" means "one" rather than "a" in the second one.
