1. Application form VAF1, fully completed in black ink

2. Passport valid for at least six months, with available 'visa' pages

3. If available your old passports

4.Two recent passport-sized photographs -not scanned copies- (photographs must have white background and must be glued to the application form)

5. A copy of pages 1 to 4 of your current passport

6. The Correct fee in Turkish Lira only

7. Evidence of Funds:

a. Pay slips, or evidence of your income [photocopy]

b. If you are self employed please provide your company documentation: Chamber of Commerce registration, most recent tax certificate, signature circular, trade gazette [photocopy]

c. Bank books [photocopy] or Bank Letters [original]

d. Evidence of your family's financial status e.g. their payslips, bankbooks. [photocopy]

e. Evidence of property owned [photocopy]

8. If employed, a letter from employer stating that they have leave from their Job [original]

9. If you are a student, please provide your student registration document [original]

10. From Sponsor: a letter of invitation, photocopies of their passport showing their immigration status in the UK, evidence of their financial status available accommodation in the UK [photocopy]

11. All children under the age of 18 travelling to the UK without their parents/guardian, should carry a notarised letter confirming that they have permission from their parent/guardian allowing them to travel. [original]

12. Male applicants should provide evidence of the status of their Military Service. [photocopy]
