I have noticed that kadar is very very much used in turkish sentences. I know that it means "amount" and I know the expressions o kadar, bu kadar, ne kadar, but I have noticed so many times in this forum that kadar in the turkish sentence is not translated at all in the english version. When you put kadar and why?

I think one could write a whole chapter about "kadar" (but it won't be me  )
*Another use is "till/until/as far as"
Nereye gidiyor musun?
Taksim'e kadar.
Where are you going?
As far as Taksim.
Ne zamana kadar kalıyor musun?
Pazara kadar.
How long/until when are you staying?
Till Sunday.
*Another use: "That'll be it, that's enough"
Başka bir şey istiyor musunuz? (in a shop for example)
Sağol, bu kadar.
Would you like anything else?
Thanks, that will be it.
