Turkish teacher

My dear friend, what kind of teacher are you? I'm a Turkish language teacher myself and I asked you politely a simple question about teaching online. Why are you getting angry with me?
I think teaching is not about only helping people by payment but it is also about the happines and satisfaction when you are able to help. We have seen how professional you are.

erdinc: Thank you! I am learning turkish via this website along with other venues. I am learning it well and use it daily but I would never have the money to hire or pay someone to teach me. I understand we all have to make a living and some people may prefer a more private setting. However you are right in the fact that this teacher sounded rude and this teacher said he was patient. Didnt sound it to me. Thank you for your help in this website I use it daily. I want to come to turkey this next year and possibly work for a year in my field. Have a great weekend. Melissa

First i want to say thank you to the adimistarotrs and creators of this web site for giving the opportunity to people to learn basic Turkish for free. I think that they are the patient ones since they put so much efforts into developing this site, and helping everybody who asks for help with translation or have questions about the turkish language/grammar. And second, i don't think it is ethical to post ads about paid turkish lessons ON THIS FORUM, ON THIS WEBSITE. Edinburgh, you should find another place to market your skills, since in my opinion it is insulting towards the creators of the web site to that here.
Anyway, having in mind that almost nothing is free nowadays, I really appreciate the efforts of everybody involved in the maintainence of the Turkish Class web site, and i hope the other users do as well.

Someone will always help here

Its not just the administrators and moderators who make this site so great it is also the people who come here. Fatih and Marzena (Admin) should be so proud of this site. I have never seen such a level of cooperation, tolerance and goodwill on any site on the web.

You can learn here for free if you want to, because there is ALWAYS someone who will help with questions, queries, translations etc.

If you want to pay an online teacher, then i think you should choose someone who is also generous with their time and their knowledge, someone who also has the soul of a teacher. Someone who wants to help people not just for money but for the joy of seeing their students learn. If you find someone like that you will not only learn better, but you will also be happy to learn. I have a private tutor like this...(öğretmen, if they ask me who you are can I tell yet?)

Hello to everyone,
I am here since May and I am very happy because it is the lovely site with lovely people.I said so many times we have to appriciate the great job done by generous people here.It is great to be in this big family. We learn here not only language but other important things too. I am not lucky enough to have private teacher. It is hard to find one. When I came here I did not know any word, now I can say proudly that my vocabulary is getting reach and I can understand what I read or hear. And all this thanks to this lovely site and people , ready to help you.It never passed 24 hours to get answers to the questions of our classmates.
Thank you again and God bless all.

Actually this section of forum is opened for Turkish private lesson advertisements and therefore there is nothing wrong to advertise here. I myself have an advertisement in this section.
I'm also not against teaching online. It is not easy to find a Turkish teacher everywhere you want.
