What does that mean in Turkish? This is from Yeni Safak newspaper:

İktidarı farklı odakların paylaştığı ülkeler elbette var yeryüzünde...

I cannot figure out the "İktidarı farklı odakların paylaştığı ülkeler". What is the subject in that part? Odak? Om det är "odak" ("focus" in English), then I can't imagine it to be the subject to the predicate "paylaşmak".

You know what I mean? For example:

Anne kediye bayılıyor.(Anne is the subject)- Mother adores the cat.
Kediyi seven anne. (Anne is the subject) - Mother who adores the cat.
Anne+nin sevdiği kedi. (Kedi is the subject) - The cat, whom mother adores.
