hata = mistake
olsun = it's ok/i don't care
adin = what's your name
hope this will help,i'm not quite sure how the sentence should sound since i'm still learning  i would understand it in 2 ways depending on the context,either sth like 'there's been a mistake but it's ok.what's ur name?' or 'there's been a mistake,i don't care about ur name.'
wait for somebody more experienced to give u exact translation

thats the same thing I got from it too..i'm still learning too. it didn't make any sense to me!
