Welcome to Turkey!

Turkish Aegean Coast and Turkish Riviera........ hmm...
So what does Turkey have to offer? An idyllic climate, fabulous food, outstanding natural beauty, warm and welcoming people and an exceptionally LOW COST OF LIVING… If you have ever been to Turkey, you will have a special place in your heart for this country… It is not surprising that many people consider buying property in Turkey if you explore the facts, you will soon discover that for your health, wealth and lifestyle, living in Turkey makes perfect sense. Far from ‘cutting yourself off’ from friends and family, Turkey offers you the chance to enrich their lives as well as your own… Turkey is becoming more and more accesible every day. There are regular charter and regular scheduled flights from all main UK Airports and with flight times as short as 3 hours with the increase of low cost airlines, flying to Turkey can be quicklier easier and cheaper then reaching many parts of the UK. Getting around Turkey is also a trouble free affair. Whether making a short journey to the local shops, visiting beach or them park, all areas are well serviced by taxis and buses. If you are looking to explore further afield, reasonably priced car rental is always avaliable locally.

As the Turkish Aegean and Mediterranien Coast (Turkish Riviera) lives up to its reputation as The California of Europe, the lifestyle advantages over northern Europe become more and more obvious. Before, it was the superb microclimate and relaxed Turkish way of life alone which attracted northern Europeans to buy holiday homes in Turkish Riviera.

Now, with vastly improved infrastructure, modern technology, a vast range of top class properties to suit all budgets and unparalelled leisure and recreational facilities – not to mention excellent schools, health care and services of all descriptions, on top of the natural benefits of the area – it has become viable for people from all over the world to come live here year-round or buy a home for extended holidays in the sun.
