Mustafa, in all your knowledge of food you do not know what pide is?
Anyway luckily for you, your charmed one does lol

Pide is flat hollow unleavened bread which can be split open to hold a filling.

have a look

To be honest I have always wanted to go to Australia because one of my Uncles lives out there.
I was suppose to go in June this year for a month but for health reasons I didn't get to go
So my aim is to get out there still so next time I'll remember to bring Pide with me lol
