fettuş.....lebanese salad...yummy

easy to make..
cucamber..tomato..onions..all cut in slices..
with some mint leafs..shredded..
lemon juice..olive oil...with or without simsim oil..
and the secret of salad: square pieces of thin bread,, fried in hot oil....
all mixed in a tas..
mmmmmmm

We make something similiar here, but it has vinegar in it. Your's sounds so good, ok I'm getting hungry now. Thanks for sharing I will have to try and make it. I have to go to lunch now.

lol it is fet-toosh..in arabic....i wrote it in turkish phonation.....lol
