Well I am impressed! I tried to start kick boxing but I hurt my feet no martial arts would let me learn due to the problems I've had. Before it started I was sports captain and I ran for my school etc I was a fanatic! I guess thats why i stick to swimming!

Ohhhh cool I think I take after my mum's side when it comes to fitness...my mum use to run for England but she gave it up.

Long distance I think....I will have to ask her but I am sure it is long distance she done. She done alot of training and she missed out on going out with friends etc so in the end she gave it up.
