Hagia Sophia

Description:
|
Aerial view of the Hagia Sophia in the Europe side of Istanbul.
The river-like water in the picture is the bosphorus, the piece of sea seperating Europe from Asia. Bosphorus marks the point Europe and Asia get closest to each other, both geographically and culturally. The side where Hagia Sophia is located is Europe, and the other side is Asia. Istanbul is the only city in the world that is on two continents at the same time.

"The river-like water in the picture is the bosphorus"
Not really. It's actually golden horn(Halich in Turkish). And both sides are in Europe.
