Fish Market in Kadıköy
Fish Market in Kadıköy
I love the fresh fish in Istanbul. Best to eat what is in season. My favourites are lüfer (blue fish) and çupra (sea bass). Grilled or steamed they make a lovely meal in a restaurant. A good recipe for home is to put it in a baking tray with tomatoes, onions, lemon and parsley and olive oil and bake until tender. (Location: Istanbul)
