| Sen Yokken | When You Weren't Here |
|---|---|
Sen yokken gittim Korkularımın üstüne Hiç ardıma bakmadım Gümüş şiirler yazdım sen yokken Çok yangın çıktı yüreğimde Küllerini bile savurmadım Irak denizlerin fırtınasıydım Uzak iklimlerin sert rüzgarları Kulaçlarken denizinde gurbeti Kanlı savaşlarım, Belalı sevdalarım olmadı hiç Ama hep sustum, Hep ağladım, hep yandım sen yokken. Bekliyorum dönüşünü yeniden, Bir gelsen, Hayatın önünden alsan beni Bir gelsen, Sellerin önünden alsan beni Bir gelsen, Ölümlü düşlerimden alsan beni. Çok durdum güneşe karşı bir başıma Savrulurdum rüzgarlarında sensizlik denizinin Sen yokken, Az dolaşmadım gönlümün kuytularında Üşüyen karanfilim şimdi buruşuk parmaklarda Bir kırağı ayazıydım gecenin kollarında Zifirlerinde sadece ben üşürdüm. Hiç aldırmadım esen rüzgara Hiç dinlenmiş bir yürekle çıkmadım ortaya Yinede hiç yıkılmadım giden trenlerin ardından Ama bütün yangınlar beni yaktı önce Hep ortasında kaldım vurgunların Vurgun nedir ki? deme Bir babanın serzenişi nasılsa öyle Bayrakları indirilmiş, Bozguna uğramış bir hisardım sen yokken Hep sustum, Hep yandım, hep ağladım sen yokken. Bir gelsen, Yangınlardan alsan beni, Bir gelsen, Dünyalarımdan alsan beni, Bir gelsen, Şafaksız gecelerden alsan beni, Ama ne zaman gelsen, Akşam kızılı gözlerimle bulacaksın beni |
when you werent here, i went over my fears i never looked behind silver poems, i wrote when you werent here lots of fires i had in my heart didnt even throw its ashes away was the storm of far seas was hard winds of the far climates while swimming a foreign place in your sea my bloody wars troublesome affairs, didnt ever exist though, i always kept silence, always cried, always burned when you were not here waiting for your return again, Oh, you come and take me from life Oh, you come and take me infront of floods Oh you come and take me from my mortal dreams many times i standed against to sun alone was scattered in the winds of the sea "being with you" when you were not here walked many times in the depth of my heart my trembling clove is now on bruised fingers was a frost cold in night's arms in their darknesses only me got cold never cared the wind blowing never appeared with a rested heart even though never got ruined after going trains however every fires burned me before always stayed in the middle of bends what bend is? dont ask as how a fathers reproaches its flags were taken down a defeated castle i was when you were not here always kept silence always burned, always cried when you were not here oh you come and take me from fires oh you come and take me from my worlds of you come and take me from the nights have no dawn though whenever you come will find me with the evening red eyes |
