Haha! Sorry I was being a bit sarky there! I think you'll have to wait for someone Turkish. Could be something like 'Ananin günü kutlu olsun' but just guessing!

Anneler günün kutlu olsun is much better.

There is a small difference with Anne and Ana.

Ana is your mother. That sounds better.
You can always use it for other people too.
But it may sound like cursing as Asli situated.

Anne can be anyone's.
