=Eğer sana sahipsem,her şeye sahibim.

Eğer sana sahipsem, her şeye sahibim.
if=eğer
i=the suffix "em" in the end of "sahipsem"
sana=it is actually "to you" here it is used like that with "have"
to have=sahip olmak
everything=her şey
