I'd be really grateful for some help translating this

I am really sorry if my sms the other day offended you. I did not mean to upset you. I hope that you are well and happy and please know I think the world of you. I am curious - is (NAME) difficult to work for? It seems like he has a bad temper. Or is it just the English tourists that are difficult?? It must be tiring work in the hot sun. What work do you do out of season (in the winter)?

Thank you for whoever is able to translate this for me. I really appreciate it.
