tabian - two vowels together

I am trying to widen my ideolect and found word TABIAT. though i´ve learnt that two vowels are not possible in Turkish. IS it mistake in the book or exception?

There are some borrowed words from other languages in Turkish. You can see two wovels together in such words like: "saat, hain, daima, Saim (name), acaip etc.).

Tabiat is "nature" in arabic,  spelled tabia with a silent (t).

in hebrew it is Teva.
