I´m trying to catch the meaning of these words"Kafam çok iyi "..it supposes to mean "I´m very drunk" or "I´m not drunk"(my mind is clear)?

I´m a little confused

I think it means I´m drunk, but people use it mostly when they´re drunk and still in a happy mood, I mean, I think it´s used for the phase between "slightly drunk" and "oh my god get outta my way I´m going to throw up drunk"=) At least I use it that way, no one has corrected me so far=)

It does seem to mean "I´m buzzed", or "I´m mellow (a little drunk)"

Its literal translation is "my head/mind is very good", but I think that the actual usage is just as the the other helpers said. BTW thanks.
