2 words turkish into english

ilgili makama

 

I´ve been trying to figure it our for the last half an hour.

I know makam means: position, post, or office

and ilgili is related to

but I don´t exactly understand what the 2 put together mean.

Can anyone help me with this one please?

 "to whom it may concern" is correct...you can also say "to the relevant position"

Thank you both very much, I think I´m gonna go with "to whom it may concern" because it fits better in the context.
