My Turkish is extremely limited and I cannot translate the majority of  the following note.

Could some one please help me translate the following from Turkish to English.

senin gibi bir arkadaþ çok zor bulunur.kalbiyin temiz oldugu zaten yüzünden belli oluyor inan bir dosttan ayrýlmak çok zormuþve ben ilk kez bir dostu uzaklara gönderdiðime çok üzülüzüldüm.ne olur yüzün hep gülsün .Türkiye de seni unutmayan bir dostun var......
görüþmek üzere

I´m just a beginner but I´ll give a try.If you´re looking for "word to word" translation,please wait for native speaker or more advanced lerners.

So,the gist is:

It´s very hard to find a friend like you.Your heart was pure and it´s hard to believe(percept) you are gone(this is my interpretation of this long sentence).For me it was a first time to see a friend go far away,it made me very sad.Whatever happens always smile.In Turkey you have a friend who will never forget you..See you soon(talk to you soon)

i can translate you  correctliest but you have mistakes in pragraph it must be such that

i couldnt translate word to word because turkish is much more different from english but he wanted to say you this..

 It is really hard to find a friend like you. it is obvious from your face that you are homespun.Believe me, it is really difficult to go away from a friend and i felt sad for the first time to send a friend far away.Please always smile...There s a friend of you in Turkey who will never forget you.
