Nasýl kusursuz dinleyede ve anlayada olabýlýrým?

My attempt

(not sure if that was a translation request or a question.  If it was a question then the answer is - to be perfect in listening and understanding in Turkish you need to have been born in Turkey!  Otherwise, much practice might make you competent but I doubt it will make you perfect!)

I guess this is not a translation request, he/she just wants to find out how to speak and understand english perfectly...

icen = I can (in the first post)

It was misspelt in English.

Only years of practise speaking and learning Turkish

Marrying a Turk and/or moving to Turkey may help it happen faster!!!

My solution:

Move to Turkey, get some friends, they´ll definitely teach you daily speaking Turkish in two months if you´re eager to learn.  In about a year or two you´ll be fluent...  It worked for me..
