What do you think about differentiation "has graduated" and "graduated".

I know I´m not Erman - but you can´t say ´has graduated´ when it was such a long time ago!  You could possibly say ´has graduated this year´. 

I would go for the past tense simple because you have an interval of time in the past 1991-1992 although the Turkish "olmus-tur" gives me a sens of present as in present perfect. Also I would rather use highschool instead of Lycee which sounds like French or something.  I guess the term lyceum sounds a bit better but it is kind of obsolete.

OK - yes in that case you are obviously right - I thought this was something written recently about the past.
