 in english ?  no idea in turkish

 

It means someone is a little bit fat or chubby maybe . Carrying a few extra kilos

 Ok so yeah it bascially is saying - my parents have always been big (in size )

 

Like I am a bit fat but my parents were always a little on the heavy side so maybe it is genetik ...

 

examples... I will get my daughter that coat in a big size  as she is a bit on the heavy side
