Literally it looks like:

The most tasty place of the man is "the meat/flesh(?) of his head".

Millions of women cannot be wrong.

I translated "Başının eti" as "the meat/flesh of his head". However, I´ve checked at tureng.com and it says that "Başının eti yemek" (literally: to eat the meat of his/her head) is an idiom having meanings like "nag at", "henpeck", "pester". So the meaning seems to be that women like to do these things to men
