If someone says another person is a "biraz rahatsız" person.

What would that mean? I think that would likely mean they think that person is troubled.

That could mean 2 things,

1.  He is a bit mentally disorder.

2.   He is a bit unwell. (not feeling well )

I probably misunderstood something. I was talking about a sibling´s son. The response was:

Bizde ablama gidiyoruz oğlu biraz rahatsız o bu sormaya.

So I thought the person was calling the sibling´s son rahatsız. So I said he´s not rahatsız, I said he´s fine. And the response was this:

Yok o değil ablam ın oğlu rahatsız onu sormaya gidecez dedim.

Could someone translate the Turkish. Is it written well or what would the corrections be?

Bizde ablama gidiyoruz oğlu biraz rahatsız o bu (onu?) sormaya.

We are going to visit our big sister. Her son is a little unwell. We will ask about him (his situation)

Yok o değil ablam ın oğlu rahatsız onu sormaya gidecez dedim.

No, not him. I said " My big sister´s son is unwell. We will ask about him".

There is one more correction to be done. Biz de, not bizde. İ assume the sentence came after they asked you what you are doing, you told them and then the other person started telling you what they are also doing. Am I right?
