...r ...mez

This is used just in the 3rd person´s shape. It can´t be conjugated for other people. If you want to emphasize the person, you should use the personal pronoun as well.

dün (yesterday), gece (night), uyumak (to sleep), rüya (dream), görmek (to see)

rüya görmek (to dream (direct: to see a dream))

uyu+r uyu+maz------>uyur uyumaz (as soon as sleep)

ben uyur uyumaz (as soon as I sleep/slept/etc.)

"...r ...mez" is in an individible group together with the personal pronoun.

Uyur uyumaz rüya gördüm. (I dream as soon as I sleep.)

Ben, uyur uyumaz rüya gördüm. | It´s better to use a comma but you also can write "Ben uyur uyumaz rüya gördüm". No difference.
