Quoting qdemir: Quote: in turkey...marmaris partiucally....and u acnnot say that it doesnt happen in turkey becoz turkey and the uk have 1 of the highest ratings of rape in the world
|
I don't know the rate in England. However it isn't that high in Turkey. On what grounds and sources are you giving that rate in Turkey? |
qdemir, why are you so ferociously denying these things??? I'd like to see YOUR sources on which you base your opinions!
it's a known fact that rape and infidelity is rampant in Turkey, especially in the touristic locations.
it's enough to get Turkish newspapers (not even magazines) to watch porn over there, so go figure how they behave. a lot of those guys are perverts who got used to double standards and then when western women visit and do sleep around, they judge them and have no respect for them.
I hate the term "easy girl". since when sleeping around is a problem for you guys? guys are the biggest sluts on the earth, but for some reason I haven't heard the term "an easy guy" used in the same negative way as it is for the women. god!! I'm so sick of the double standards... what is really so negative about "easy girls" is that they are free and men can't stand that, well.. a little more complicated then that, but whatever. I'm not talking here about women who sleep around for the sake of improving their self-esteem by feeling attractive to some slutty dude, but women who are free and choose who they sleep with and sleep who they want to sleep with!
I say - western women, go to Turkey, use and dump those bastards! (sure, some are not bastards and those deserve respect).
I can't stand women who embrace the idea that they are allowed less then men (in order to think that they are "good girls" or to get respect by obediently following the rules made by their male dominant society they live in...), and who let guys control their lifes and tell them what they should or shouldn't do.

Quoting turkishgirll: Hi,
I personally wonder how a non-Turkish person regards a Turkish lover, what you see as the difference between your men-your women or Turkish men-Turkish women.
I am a Turkish girl but my boyfriend is American. I had only 1 Turkish boyfriend so far and I have lots of male Turkish friends but I realized the fact that the point of views and most of the things between me and Turkish men are just quite different. The rest of my boyfriends were non-Turkish ones: German, British, Swedish and American.
It would be nice to hear your ideas and comments.
|
dear friend..i think it would be great to live this differancy by urself....the only thing u need to do is to find a turkish boyfriend....and also at the same time go back to ur old boyfriends too...and compare them....
(i hope u dont have trouble with the dinner times and appointments) hhehe
why dont do do this..its so wise idea if u couldnt understand till today hehe

Done is done, gone is gone... I don't go back to my ex-boyfriends.
There is a saying in Turkish :Ex'ten next olmaz.
I am happy with my American boyfriend now and I am in love with him. I am not thinking about any other man right now. Thanks for your modest offer.

my boyfriend and i are that couple that seem to be everywhere you go.The kind of couple that single people hate because we are in love and totally happy.I suppose this is what you might call the honeymoon period even though its not that, well not literally anyway.we got engaged on my birthday last month when i was in ankara and i am the happiest i have ever been.I wouldnt like to comment too much on 'turkish men' because they are all different so its an impossible task.I can only comment on my own in saying that he is wonderful.I am making you sick i know but those of you who are in love like me will know what i am talking about.

Well I must admit, I have read your initial post a few times now and it IS rather bizarre
You are comparing lovers like you might, for example, compare different wines!! It seems...well...rather clinical! What is next on your list? An Australian perhaps? Or maybe a Frenchman? Do you keep a card index of each one, with notes to compare?
