I would think so. Cause a thing like "after doing homework" is not a sentence, is it? So there will come a subject and a verb that makes clear who is talking, or that gives more of a context..

- After doing my homework i will drink tea
Çayım içtikten sonra işe gitmem lazım
- After i drank my tea I have to go to work
Ödevin yaptıktan sonra, çayı içeceğiz
- After you did your homework we will drink tea
Çayın içtikten sonra işe gitmen lazım
- After you drank your tea you have to go to work
Hehe because of the possesive suffixes it's easier 
Bunu yaztıktan çayı içmek gidiyorum
- After i wrote this i'm going to drink tea.

MANAVDA - AT THE GREENGROCERY
Manav: Buyurun beyefendi. Hoş geldiniz.
Greengrocer: Welcome sir.
Müşteri:Hoş bulduk. Sebzeleriniz ve meyveleriniz taze mi?
Customer: Greets him... Are the vegetables and the fruits fresh?
Manav: Evet, çok taze. Bu sabah geldi.
Greengrocer: Yes, they are very fresh. This morning have come. (They have come this morning).
Müşteri: Gerçekten hepsi çok güzel görünüyor.
Customer: Really, all of them seems very nice(beautiful).
Manav: Ne almak istiyorsunuz?
Greengrocer: What do you want to take?
Müşteri: Once fiyatları öğrenebilir miyim?
Customer: May I know the prices first?
Manav: Elbette. şeftali ve üzüm 1.5 lira. Elma 2 lira. Muz 2.5 lira. Fasulye 1 lira. PatlIcan 1.5 lira. Patates de 50 kuruş.
Greengrocer: Sure you can(Sure). Peach and grape 1.5 lira. Apple 2 lira. Banan 2.5 lira. Bean 1 lira. Aubergine 1.5 lira. Potatoes 50 cent.
Müşteri:Anlaşıldı. iki kilo üzüm, iki kilo şeftali, dört kilo patates, bir kilo fasulye tartın lütfen!
Customer: I understand. 2 kg grape, 2 kg peaches, 4 kg potateos, and 1 kg beans weigh please.
Manav: Muz da ister misiniz?
Greengrocer: Do you want banana?
Müşteri: HayIr, muz kalsIn, muz pahalI.
Customer: No, is ok, bananas are very expensive.
Manav: Başka bir arzunuz var mı?
Greengrocer: Do you have another desire? (Do you want to buy sth else?)(Do you want sth else?)
Müşteri: Dört tane limon lütfen!
Customer: 4 lemons please.
Manav: Tamam efendim. Hepsi hazir.
Greengrocer: Ok sir. All are ready.
Müşteri:Borcum ne kadar?
Customer:How much I owe you? How much I have to pay?
Manav: Hepsi 12 lira.
Greengrocer: All 12 lira. (In total 12 lira). (The total is 12 lira).
Müşteri:Buyurun
Customer:Here it is.
Manav: Tesekkür ederim. Yine bekleriz.
Greengrocer: Thank you. (GREETING MEAN THAT HE WAITS FOR HIM TO COME AGAIN).

The dictionary listing for konuşmak only lists /ı/ as being "to discuss". But surely:
Hangi dili konuşuyorsunuz?
translates as:
Which language are you speaking?
not:
Which language are you discussing?

As you know we don’t say: “Do you discuss English?â€
We are talking about Turkish language.
Or
We are discussing about Turkish language.
But we speak English when we do it.

So why dili konuşuyorsun and not dil konuşuyorsun???
The dictionary does not say that konuşmak takes /ı/ for "to speak"

The line you quoted doesn't belong to me. I have quoted it from damalianti in my message.

In this sentence we are using accusative because it is a definite thing (a language in this case) that we are talking about. It is not any language but a certain language. You might say "How is definite if the speaker doesn't know what language it is?" It is true that the speaker doesn't know it, otherwise he wouldn't ask it but this doesn't make it undefined since it is defined by the definition of "being the language the person is speaking".
Normally "hangi dili konuşuyorsunuz?" would translate as "what language are you talking?" but a literal translation would be "what is the language that you talk?".
I will try to explain with examples:
" Masa kırıldı. "
Here it is not "masayı" since kırıldı is passive of kırmak and with passives we
" Ben masayı kırdım. "
Here it is "masayı" since,
1. masa is an object here and the verb applies to that object (direct object case),
2. It is a certain object and not any object,
3. kırmak is a transitive verb that takes direct objects.
1,2 and 3 must be met in order to apply accusative.
" Ben bir masa kırdım. "
Here it is not "masayı" since it is not a defined object. The speaker doesn't case which table it was.
" Ben bir masayı kırdım. " is also correct. This time the speaker is ready to show which table it was.
"Hangi masayı kırdın?" This time we are talking about "the broken table". The speaker doesn't know the table yet but this isn't important. It is the broken table. Without seeing the table at all he could have just said:
"Kırılan masayı değiştirin".
Notice the difference between these two:
Masa getirin.
Bring a table.
Masayı getirin.
Bring that table.
Again notice the difference between these two:
Hangi masayı getirelim?
Which table should we bring?
Kaç masa getirelim?
How many table should we bring?

Dear Bod and dear all.
I was having a look in what I have learned so far and I saw dictionary again as well.
konuşmak
1. to talk, speak.
2. to communicate.
3. to converse, chat, talk (with each other).
4. /ı or dan/ to discuss, talk about.
5. /la/ to be on friendly terms with; to be on speaking terms with.
6. colloq. (for something) to look sharp, be eye-catching.
Maybe i am wrong, I don't know, but I have learned it this way.
And I think also that I can ask for example: Hans, hangi dilleri konuşuyor? And I want to ask somebody else for him that which languages he speak.
Do I ask right in this manner?

Salesman: yes sir, the new products are very smart(chic, fashionable)and very qualitative.
Müşteri:Bir pantolon ve gömlek almak istiyorum.
Client: I want to take a pair of trousers and a shirt.
Satıcı: Kaç beden giyiyorsun?
Salesperon: What number are you? What number do you hold(wear)?
Müşteri: 42 beden giyiyorum.

damalianti,
You have learned it correctly. When adding messages by others I have made corrections whenever neccessary. If it had been incorrect I wouldn't quote it in the opening message in this thread.
When you have a trustfull source it is obviously very practical to learn by listening and reading. You must have come across to this sentence somewhere and you remember that sentence. So it must be usefull for you to study that way.
Actually this is what I suggest to others as well. Get a Turkish book and a dictionary and start reading it. If you don't unedrstand some grammar issues quote it here and we will do our best to explain. Of course you don't need to ask every grammar issue, at least not the very small ones.
So, yeah, most dialogues by our forein members were very good indeed.
