Kultaranta was originally commissioned by the agriculturalist Alfred Kordelin. The 19-room house was designed by the famous turn-of-the-century architect Lars Sonck, and construction work started in 1914. Alfred Kordelin only spent a few summers at Kultaranta before his sudden death.
“Kultaranta” başlangıçta tarımcı Alfred Kordelin tarafından inşa ettirildi. On dokuz odalı evi tasarlayan dönemin yeni yüzyıla girerken ünlü mimarı Lars Sonck idi, ve inşaat işi 1914’te başladı. Ani ölümünden önce Alfred Kordelin “Kultaranta’da” sadece birkaç yaz geçirdi.

The ground floor contains the reception rooms and private apartments. Upstairs are the bedrooms and guestrooms. Marble steps lead from the ground floor to the tower, from which there is a magnificent view of Naantali and the inshore islands.
Alt kat [zemin kat] kabul odalarıyla özel daireleri içeriyor. Ûst katta yatak ve misafir odaları var. Mermer merdivenler alt kattan Naantali kasabası ile kıyıya yakın adaların muhteşem manzarasının görülebildiği kuleye çıkıyor.

Kultaranta park is a kind of mini-Versailles. In the middle is the ´Medallion´, surrounded by a carefully trimmed fir hedge. Inside is Kultaranta´s famous rose garden, which has 3,500 bushes. The scent and colour of these roses are at their peak in the middle of the summer, when the President and family and their guests come to Naantali for the holidays.
“Kultaranta” bahçesi küçük Versailles gibidir. Ortasında dikkatle işlenmiş köknar çitle sarılan ”Madalyon” var[bulunur]. İçinde ”Kuntaranta’nın” 3500 ağacı olan ünlü gül bahçesi var. Yaz´ın ortasında, başkan ve ailesi misafirleriyle tatıl için Naantali’ye geldiklerinde bu güllerin kokuları ve renkleri zirveye ulaşıyor.

The parkland to the north of Kultaranta is in practically a natural state, though a few sandy pathways have been built there, and the woodland is kept in good condition. Kultaranta has about 1000 square metres of greenhouses. The garden supplies the President´s household with both flowers and vegetables all year round.
Birkaç kum yol yapılmış olmasına ve ağaçlık arazinin de iyi durumda tutulmuş olmasına rağmen "Kultaranta´nın kuzeyindeki park bölgesi hemen hemen doğal haldedir. "Kultaranta´nın" toplamı aşağı yukarı 1000 metrekare olan limonlukları [seralıkları] vardır. Bahçe tüm yıl boyunca başkanın evinin çiçek ve sebze ihtiyacını karşılar.

Notes:
1. Compass points are nouns!
2. Yaz´ın ortasında: I was wondering why the apostrophe was used here. My guess is it is there to separate genitive from instrumental (yazın ‘in the summer’ ).
3. başkan ve ailesi misafirleriyle tatıl için Naantali’ye geldiklerinde: There is a reason for plural here (ve), but if there was only başkan misafirleriyle would the predicate have to be plural?
4. güllerin kokuları ve renkleri: Who says Turks don’t like plurals?

Yazın ortasında should be without apostrophe, I put that by mistake.
I prefer using plural .

If you use "with" verb must have singular ending. (Note: there is no singular ending for third person, so it will have no personal ending)

if you use "with" like "and" (ex: başkan ile ailesi) verb must have plural ending.
