Now,i've noticed most meals prepared with lamb meat.
So when we are in restaurant,
First how can we tell if its lamb meats or not,will it be written in the menu ?
Second can we order it with beaf not lamb ?

Let me get one thing straight.... you actually cook lamb's head ?
İ mean you have the lamb's head in tencere?!
or you mean you cook lamb's head meat ?
Same question is for the soup i guess :-S
