İ've added chopped garlic to the eggplant while stire in olive oil..it gave it better taste
As for the meat,i've added rosemary,oregano,zahter,garlic poweder,salt and pepper of course

Tip, adding flour make it a bit like a daugh,depends on how would you like it,you add the amount of flour you like..
İ've added less flour,and it was better to me.

Anyway,i wish peace for both Türkiye and İraq...and i also know peace comes with high price...not by promises and friendly words .
İ have no hard feeling towards Türkiye's reaction,but i also worry about İraq !
