Almost 60 drowned

Is this what you are refering to roswitha?

From the linked article....
In August 2007 in the open seas of Zeytineli, in Urla district, İzmir about six illegal immigrants drowned when the boat they were traveling capsized and five bodies were not found.

In November 2007 in the open seas of Yeniköy Harbor, in Ezine district, Çanakkale a boat sank and about three immigrants died while 15 bodies were not recovered and three people were rescued.

I live less than 50 feet from the water. When I walk along the shore here (SF Bay), I'm always worried about finding a bodies. I have seen quite a few dead creatures. When you see a lot of seagulls, you know there is something there maybe you won't want to see.

One year we had two beached whales. The aroma was so bad, not even the seagulls would go near them.

well...injured yes. I've had a fever the last day. Too much fun in the last week in hockey rinks maybe. the wrist yes....far too long. They told me recovery would be 6 months to 2 years, but I had my hopes on 6 months...

But, its healing, just slow. My latest cast is bight red, very Christmasy!!!

What exactly did happened to your wrist that is taking that long to heal? This sounds very serious.

.........The awful smell is there: It is time he be dismissed and hands be washed off twice.

She should do what I say now...No need to walk on until her feet are soaked in the shit pond.

Agreed AlphaF, AEnigma, Handsom, Marion and all the others that have been following this. He sounds like he is trying to back out, but she just keeps throwing herself in front.

It's like a hungry animal who let the fawn go, only to have the fawn lay in front and say, "eat me".

Astry, you mention Love only happens once...but in your case it must have happened more times than that. You have mentioned at least 2 marriages so far, and this is the third you are ready go get involved in......

As slow as construction is in this city, I would be surprised if this project is completed in the next 20 years. There are so many half finished business towers already, i cant imagine a need for this much additional office space in the Levent area...

When I was in Turkey I noticed hundreds & hundreds of partly constructed buildings. It really was amazing, some of them had people living in them. It was obvious the construction had stopped some time ago, seeing as there were weeds growing on them.

Do you know what that is about?

I was wondering what the general response to an American woman 10 years older than a Turkish man dating is? Is it frowned upon there or is it acceptable?

Turkish men normally marry younger women, like in the US.

I think it depends on the particular couple. I know of cases where there were 20 year differences, and all went well. The woman even lived 20 years longer than her husband.
