Alfie is known for his "special" sources of information, not available for regular mortals.

AlphA did not find an obscure report, Reuters is a very mainstream news channel.

Just put National Intelligence Estimate Iran in Google and you will find numerous reports.

Iran Report Sends Bush's War Rhetoric Out to Pasture

Of course, you are aware of President Bush's News Conference on the matter yesterday are you not?

lol

Thanks handsom, after all there are some helpful, non-judgmental people here . Don't worry, I'm ignoring those jealous, fat, old women. They probably haven't even been to Turkey. I have some advice for you ladies: you have to be open to "love" when it feels right (even if you THINK it might be wrong). Peas.

You know European Union and USA are on the same way.
They have same values and standards. They have come from an unique culture, a whole culture. The people of Europe have same culture.

Sorry Yilgun, but you obviously don't know much about Europe then. There are very diverse cultures in Europe. The strongest differences being between mediterranean, germanic, eastern european and scandinavian countries - we are not one big "lump" called Europe. Visiting another EU country is as diverse culturally as visiting Turkey.

and that doesn't even address the cultural and ethnic differences between the USA and Europe as well as inside the US with it's Pacific Rim influence.

I can offer no compensation Alameda. We have a so-called LABOUR government who recently cut income tax for everyone....except the lowest paid. The lowest paid people actually have to pay MORE.

Labour have become the new Conservative. Conservative have become the new laughing stock...

At least you have health care! You have no idea how it is here. It's a national disgrace. You "could" (maybe)get healthcare, but you can end up a slave to the medical, pharma interests. I have seen some like that....what ever they earn goes to pay their medical bills......and that is even with private health insurance.

Hideous article....mans inhumanity to man is astrounding.
What is becoming of the human race?

indeed... what about mans inhumanity towards wo-man.

Of course....it goes without being said, doesn't it? The hand that rocks the cradle rocks the world...what happened?

I often wonder if the word humane is wrong. It seems we have regressed to "Might makes Right"

Argh...... funny to you....you don't live with it....have your taxes go to it... I want peace and sanity, compassion, real conservation...

Why are those who squander resources called Conservative?

Something funny that some of you may already know.

Write "French military victories" in Google Search machine and let it search.

The first item that will appear among all the entries found may make you smile..

There used to be another great Google glitch. If you typed "miserable failure" into Google, it would come up with George Bush's biography

Unfortunately someone fixed it now

Hmmmmmm I typed that in and pressed I'm feeling lucky and got this:

"Did you mean: french military defeats"

Tried again with just regular Google and got this:

french military victoriesYour search - french military victories - did not match any documents. Suggestions:. - Make sure all words are spelled correctly. - Try different keywords. ...

Thanks for sharing that - I hadn't seen it. What a hypocritical country it is. And..how brave Shadi Sadr is - thank God for people like her.

The interview will be on BBC World Service on December 5th :-

"Crossing Continents on BBC Radio 4 tells Leila's story on Thursday, November 29 at 1100 GMT, her story will also be told on the World Service programme Assignment on Wednesday, December 5 at 0900 GMT.

Leila's interview was recorded by the Iranian filmmaker, Hamid Rahmanian for a forthcoming film about the Omid e Mehr."
