İstanbul Fırıncılar Odası Başkanı Fahri Özer, ''artan maliyetler nedeniyle kentte 200 gram ekmeğin satış fiyatını 35 YKr'ye yükselttiklerini'' belirtti.

Özer, Gaziosmanpaşa Belediyesi Kültür Merkezi'nde düzenlediği basın toplantısında, İstanbul'daki fırıncı esnafının ciddi sorunlarla karşı karşı bulunduğunu ifade ederek, bu sorunların başında ''İstanbul Halk Ekmek ile rekabet edememek'' olduğunu savundu.

''Halk Ekmek'in belediyelerden aldığı güçle istediği noktada büfe açma yetkisi olduğunu'' kaydeden Özer, bu büfelerin amacı dışında kullanıldığını öne sürdü.

Özer, Halk Ekmek büfelerinin haksız rekabet ortamını ortadan kaldırmak için kapatılması gerektiğini iddia ederek, ''Dünyanın hiçbir yerinde esnafı ile rekabet eden hiçbir devlet kurumu yoktur. Devlet ticaretle uğraşmaz, kural koyar ve denetimini yapar'' diye konuştu.

Fahri Özer, yaklaşık 3 yıldan beri ekmeğin satış fiyatında herhangi bir değişiklik yapılmadığını ve artan maliyetleri tüketiciye yansıtmadıklarını ifade ederek, bugünden itibaren 30 YKr olan 200 gram

ekmeğin satış fiyatını 35 YKr'ye çıkarma kararı aldıklarını bildirdi.

Ellerinde olmayan nedenlerden dolayı ekmeğin satış fiyatında ayarlama yapmak zorunda kaldıklarını kaydeden Özer, bundan dolayı halktan özür dilediklerini söyledi.

Bread prices have increased

Özer, the honary chair of the Istanbul Baker's Association explained "They have raised the price of your 200 gram bread loaf by 35 YKr in this city owing to the remaining costs"

Özer arranged a press conference at The Cultural Center in the Gaziosmanpaşa district. He arranged for professional bakers from Istanbul to meet face to face around the table to defend themselves against problems. "Istanbul Halk Etmek (People's Bread) need to have competition" he stated.

"Halk Etmek want to extend power from the district to have authority to have food counters located elsewhere" said Özer. They have food counters outside in places where people drive.

"Polysyllabic place names of non-Turkish origin generally retain their original accentuation....."
"Foriegn nouns usually retain their original accentuation....."
"A number of nouns denoting relatives and living creatures."
"Adverbs are usually accented on the first syllable.....this applies also to adverbs fromed from nouns with the addition of a case-suffix."
"In compound words, the accent usually falls on the end of the first element....."
"Diminutives in -cik are accentuated on the first syllable."
"Polysyllabic suffixes are accentuated on the first syllable (of the suffix)."
"So too are Interjections and vocatives."
