-iş suffix creates nouns from verbs. It sometimes gives a meaning of -ing nouns in English:
anla-yış = understanding
bekle-yiş = waiting
düşün-üş = thinking
etc.
But sometimes it is equal to the verb used as a noun without adding any suffix in English
bak-ış = look
dur-uş = pause
yüksel-iş = rise
etc.
And sometimes it is used as manner names:
oku-yuş = the way one reads something
antlat-ış = they way one tells something
This last usage is used in your examples. So:
Senin okuyuşun = the way you read it
Onun anlatışı = the way he/she tells it
Senin okuyuşunu beğendim = I like the way you read it
Onun anlatışı ilginç = the way he/she tells it is interesting
