Korea: 1.1 million dead
Vietnam: dead: 2,000,000–5,100,000* mainly civilian
Iraq: 800.000 to 1.500.000 dead. (Still counting) Yesterday's body count :51

Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeze
No more democracy.

How many of them are young American guys/girls?

What is the distance between USA and those countries?
What have you been doing thousands and thousands miles away from your own country?

Anyway the numbers:
In Vietnam: 305.000
In Korea: 36.000
Iraq: 4.000

Numbers are not adding up, I am afraid.

Dont be too rude to USA,
The will bring democracy to your country too....

Well, in fact they did. In 1945 together with (mostly) British and Canadian soldiers they freed my country from Hitlers nazi's. For that I'm greatful - my German is awful....

It doesn't mean that therefor I like everything the US does, that I think we need to be on our knees or that I'm a fan of the Bush adminstration. On the contrary, I have in many cases a lot of critical comments. But you just cannot say that they are guilty of every rotten thing/war that is going on in the East/other parts of the world. Two fighting? Two to blame.

well said
i just wonder if EVIL americans thought of the oil in vietnam and korea

oil is not only in iraq!

ben seni sahibinim aşkım -
I am yours (truly???) my love .. what is sahibinim? or is it a misspell for another word

i think it is from "sahip" meaning owner, possessor, protector...

the "p" changes to "b" when it is between 2 vowels.

so my attempt would be:
i am your protector my love.

Hmmmm

Maybe I am just in a grumpy mood today ... but I read it is a bit more sinister. Sahibi is owner.

Ben senin sahibinim : I am your owner/ I possess you

Watch out he isn't a control freak ....

I will go with Marion.
It does not sound nice..

Of course they would say something like 'removing a dictator, bringing democrasy etc'. They would not say we are there for oil.. would they?
.But I would rather deal with my own dictator by myself. Thank you. lol

Just curious - who is "they" in your sentence?

want names? Dubbya Bush, D Chaney,D Rumsfeld,T Blair ...shall I continue?

again to be not so far from kafesteki kus thread.
that social condition contoled by all economy situation. I am not defending those cheaters and I am not calling for cheating women from western countries to get revenge, but instead I am saying that you girls from west take care and be careful because there so many social problems here. And maybe you are the next victim of this conflict.

Serdar, I must say you are a really really calm person.
If I was an iraqi, another country would come into my country, remove my goverment by force, dismantle my army by force, try to erase my history, cause one million people got killed, cause 4 million people displaced, and knowing the fact that my country had nothing to do with 9/11 and knowing the fact that, that army is just in my country because of my oil,
I would be very very upset to the every single idea which is supporting ideologically what is done to my country.

Luckyly, I am not an Iraqi.

who knows..maybe you would be grateful to USA because they saved you from Saddam lol

you have to kiss their hands and put it on your forehead..If they are friendly to you, they will kiss you on the cheeks.
Practice with your bf first.
Not much make up, not tarty clothes, crossing your legs is no go, make sure your knees are touching each other when you are sitting. try to smile all the times.look shy. And be very very careful with his mum.
lol lol

lol lol
i would never kiss the hands, maybe only under a threat lol
i would just say HI give a big smile and start talking

it wont do you any good..
if you dont want to loose your bf forever..listen to me..Not femme

To be honest, This guy never made sense to me even in Turkish.
does anybody knows what he is trying to say exactly?
here is my try:

DORT MEVSiMi VE BiLMEDiKLERiNi

All four seasons and the ones you dont know

DISARI CIK, SANA CARPILIP SANA BOLUNEN
PACALARIMI BULACAKSIN CiCEK TOZLARINDA
DOKULARINA SiNECEGiM SIMSICAK
AYAGININ ALTINDA KITIRDAYAN YAPRAK BENiM
VE BASININ USTUNDE DiRENiYORUM DUSMEMEK iCiN
SANA BEN HERSEYi SUNUYORUM.

go out, you are going to find the pieces, which multiplied and divided by you, among flower pollens.
I will permeate/penetrate into your tissues warmly.
I am the the leaf crunching under your feet
and on your head from which I am resisting not to fall.
I am offering you everything.

BiLMEDiGiN DiYARLARDA TANIDIK DOSTLARIN VAR
ONLARDAN SELAM GETiRiYORUM
KACIRDIGIN KUSUN KANADINDAYIM
VE BILMEDEN NE OLDUGUMU
KAFESE KAPATMAYA CALISTIGIN.

You have friends from the places you dont know
I am bringing their greetings to you
I am on the wing of the bird, you scared
and without knowing who I am
tried to put in a cage

SANA BEN HERSEYi SUNUYORUM
TUM ZAMANSIZLIKLARI iCiNDE SEVGiNiN
SANA " iLAN- I ASK " EDiYORUM....

I am offering you everything
in(with) all bad timings of love
I am saying I love you
