10 minutes in low glow,

this sounds really great but I was just wondering what this term means? "low glow"

Low glow = Low flame

Some people add shredded meat (we call KIYMA) or some white cheese, to menemen.
I prefer it without cheese, kıyma and onion.
but adding some shredded red pepper.

How do you eat it? I mean...is it a dip like a Meze? Or a sauce?

I would love to try it as my first Turkish cooking but I don't know what you eat with it!
