Hello Yilgun,
I am in Vienna already for 6 weeks, and its quite cold these days. I am here for some business issues, but will be leaving in a couple of weeks.
Vienna is a nice city, people are helpful when you ask something but better to know some german here. If you are coming as a tourist i would recommend you to stay in city center "innerstadt". there you can see most of the cultural activities and museums of Vienna.
What you should know is you can find food till late but most of the shops are closing around 6 or 7 and shopping malls are not like turkey like open till 22. And if you miss your mothers lentil soup you can go to a restaurant called ETAP its on the line of U-bahn U6.

why coming to vienna?
Also, for the night life:
Volksgarten, Passage and Praterdorm are very good places to see, if you know some latin dances you can spend very nice time in a place callled Floridita.

and if you come to Vienna i would tell to give a visit to Bratislava 50 mins by train
anyway... thought you were gonna give me a visit hope for nothing
