No not her lawyer, her campaign partner. Did you not see Femme in the US Cat? Which party is she running with? Has she got the same cheer leading coach as George Bush? Did she remember to take her TLC Certificate of Diplomacy with her? What? No? Why not? What do you mean she never graduated? Well you can keep you certificate, she won't give a damn!

I've never heard of Trudy so I can't comment. I can't comment much about Femme either as I don't know her. You keep mentioning some kind of campaign against Femme . . . I never heard mention of that either, except from you. I am sure nobody wanted to see Femme go and yes I think she should come back (for what my opinion is worth of course). There is no need for anyone to feel they have no place here, but as you say she has other reasons for not being here. Actually, she disappeared during the holiday season and I assumed she had a life and had gone away to celebrate new year.

Just because people don't agree with the way others conduct themselves doesn't mean they wish them any ill.

You costantly remark about the way you are treated and insulted and yet you dish it out yourself. It's the same for everyone who dips their toe into the waters of disagreement on this site. It gets pretty nasty at times. One just has to lick ones wounds, sulk a while then forget it and let others forget it too.

Try and vary your tune a little when you reply

Houston we have lift off.

I've never said poor libralady either.

But the point is we all enjoy it to some extent, even if we do get a little bruised. We all have moments when we take ourselves too seriously and tend to like the sound of our own voices. What goes around comes around for all of us. Surely you see that?

Thank you Grasshopper

Yes, your timing was spot on . As far as I'm aware I haven't complained to you about the personal comments you have made to me. I just try to stick to sanctimonious lecturing about the way you conduct an argument. After several of our exchanges you have made references in other threads about me or things I have said. I don't think I've complained to you about this (others may have) simply because I've found it amusing.

I don't get angry with you, remember I teach a class of 5 year olds, no, I get exasperated. I do get angry though. at myself, for allowing myself to get exasperated by you. But I always find a good brood works a treat. I'm sure it's much the same feeling we all get when we've had a heated exchange. As I said before, forget it and move on.

Here endeth the lesson. (there's no sanctimonious emoticon )

Well you are right . . partially. The thing is erm . . . er . . . well . . . I didn't know you were such a tiger at the time and I was trying to give you some friendly advice. OK, a lecture, but not in a nasty tone. I thought you needed help with ETKO (how wrong I was )and ended up with a scratch or two myself. The rest is history. But the very nature of this site means people join in threads at will.

This thing could run and run Grasshopper and I have lesson plans to attend to. You can take the teacher out of the school but you can't take the school out of the teacher, unfortunately. As for the teacher tone . . . that's Junior teachers not we in the Foundation Stage . Totally different planet so the Juniors tell us, but they don't know how to have fun. Actually, I taught a class of 12 to 14 year olds in Istanbul in the summer, not much difference .

I'm rambling. Tarra then.

I think you are referring to me "campaigning" against femme leaving but I think she understood that it wasn't dead serious as someone makes out to be, because she was doing the same things against me. And I'm sure she didn't care for what I said anyway and didn't have me in mind (or anyone else she was quarelling with) when she decided to log out for the last time.
If she would want to I'd welcome her back any time, she is free to do anything she wants. You have to give her more credit.

I am sure she will be back. She still logs in from time to time. It can't have been such a big campaign surely and you are right , she didn't seem to be the type to retreat. Femme's lawyer, Aenigma, issued a clear statement that it's not because of any campaign that femme left:

I have learned from an insider that "they" are working on the screenplay now. Several other versions were submitted for FF's approval, but she has trashed them all. She has vowed never to return unless a suitable script can be written. Meanwhile she is enjoying her life in Tahiti......

Congrats, Deli....I think.

Well actually there WAS requests for Femme to leave in a thread!!! That is the only reason I mentioned it!

I am just a little bored of the over-reaction every time Femme's name is mentioned! Like 'poor Libralady' I do try to leave you well alone, but you enjoy replying to my posts and having a 'pop' at me and I think you would miss me if I went!

I am also a little bit bored of constantly defending myself!
so iyi geceler and thanks for the lecture teacher

Oh pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whats with the 'poor Libralady' ???????????? (yes I know is is the 29th Jan and I am three days late reading this but I have been busy)

Is this the anouncement or is there going to be something a little more formal? If so, best of luck chaps!

I noticed this too:

"And seems we have Müjde as Mod in language sections too
and Lady in red in Türkiye's section. "

...........so my question is who is moderating what?...and is this official?

It seems like the section that needs the most moderating is the General/Off-topic section. That is where things really spin out.

In the Turkish Language Class User Statistics the Administrators are listed as Admin, Catwoman and Deli_Kizin. IOW there is no mention of the others.
